Drug Scale Disguised as CD

Officers James Tagart and Fred  Morris, Williston (FL) Police Department  located a music CD on a traffic stop.   When opened  the CD  turned into a drug scale. Very sneaky and very clever, I am sure it was purchased and not “made into”. On the front cover was a picture with the script “Lets Rock”
